Country Sales Manager (H/F)

Client

We are seeking a Country Sales Manager for Italy, who will successfully lead and grow the sales team to further develop a sustainable business sector over the next 5 years.

This position reports to the Vice President Sales EMEA.

Poste

" Manages a sales team to drive revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction
" Lead personally sales activities at 10 strategic accounts for Italy in the fashion, luxury, retail, health and beauty, food & beverage verticals
" Mentor and lead transformation within the sales team to grow revenue
" Be accountable to execute based on value selling
" Contribute and drive revenue delivery on target in accordance with annual plan.
" Develop sales strategy and appropriate sales coverage on assigned territory
" Build, lead and assess sales team to execute the sustainable revenue plan and foster talent development for maximum efficiency
" Manage sales team to deliver an accurate forecast for with the appropriate pipeline in line with business objectives
" Manage pipeline and opportunity updates
" Manage and develop relationship with strategic partners
" Lead business reviews with extended sales team to ensure proper execution in customer engagement, in accordance with the leverage and value engagement framework
" Foster and facilitate collaboration between sales team, the company and the client ecosystem to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction
" Contribute, review and approve engagement and/or accounts

Profil

" 10+ years' experience in selling software solutions (PLM, ERP ou equivalent)

" Experience in sales team management required

" Change management and contract management expertise

" Effective Leadership, communication, negotiation skills and abilities.

" Maximizing sales value

" Utilization of internal processes & tools

" Knowledge of sales process and tools

" Setting Customer Value Roadmaps

" Fluency in English Required
